
JEAN O. LOYOLA, PhD
Vice Chancellor
for Academic Affairs
Dr. Loyola has served the university as an administrator in several units and offices before becoming Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. She is a former Assistant to the Chancellor, Director of the Office of International Linkages, OIC-Director of the Office of Alumni Relations, Secretary of the Graduate School, Chair of the College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee, and Coordinator for Instruction, Deputy Director, and OIC-Director of the Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Physics. She is a Professor of Mathematics and a recipient of the UPLB Outstanding Teacher Award in 2001 and the Outstanding Young Scientist Award of the National Academy of Science and Technology in 2004.

ROSELLE V. COLLADO, MSc
Assistant to the Vice Chancellor
for Academic Affairs
Prof. Collado has taken on several administrative posts prior to being Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. She is a former Program Development Associate of the Office of Institutional Linkages, as well as the Office of Alumni Relations, Head of the International Student Relations, and Director of the Institute of Statistics. Currently, she is also the Director of the National Service Training Program. She is an Assistant Professor of Statistics whose expertise are survey methods, development studies, and impact evaluation.
