For the University Library to be an excellent knowledge center in the Philippines and Asia-Pacific Region in terms of contents and information services in agriculture, biotechnology, environment, forestry and engineering with the capability of sharing acquired and University-generated knowledge worldwide.

The University Library is mandated to provide our library clients, students, faculty, researchers, staff and non-UPLB researchers the best possible information sources and services in support of the University’s functions, instructions, research and extension through the integration of information and communication technology.
